This is a proposal I think would benefit we the people and our money grubbing uncle. A real life get out of jail free card. Stop laughing and listen ! They issue a card you can buy for $100 US American dollars. This card would be good for two fines. eg: A parking ticket, A seatbelt ticket, A J walking ticket. A smoking in a non smoking area ticket. A car window to dark ticket. A spitting on the sidewalk ticket. You get the idea. This card would be for any non violent violation you can think of. It's like paying in advance for forgetting to move your car on thursday morning. You went over the speed limit ooopps!! don't worry use this card. Once you used up the card on the two fines you could buy a new one. The higher ups could cut the police force in half if the started to sell this card. People would buy these cards up. I for one would never be without one.
